• You will receive an SMS containing your voucher code instantly after successful payment

• The voucher will be valid for 7 days after your first successful consultation with a doctor

• The voucher may only be availed in the KonsultaMD app by the mobile number that purchased the package

• Vouchers are non-refundable once purchased

• Consultations may only be used by the primary account holder

• While the voucher is active, you will not be able to purchase another Fast Pass via the app, nor activate Fast Pass vouchers including ones that have been obtained through Gifting, E-commerce stores, and Buy 1 Take 1 bundles

• Fast Pass refunding terms are not applicable for consultations included in this package

• The Medical / Fit to Work Certificate will only be provided upon presentation of a negative covid test result and any additional documentation that may be required by the doctor
