KonsultaMD screens all its applicant doctors and ensures that these doctors have a PRC license prior to hiring. KonsultaMD also conducts rigorous training for its licensed doctors for their continuing medical education (CME) to maintain their competence in providing quality healthcare for you.

KonsultaMD Pay Per Consult Products
KonsultaMD Health Plans are subscription-based and are paid per month or per year depending on the kind of plan you purchase.
- Log in to the KonsultaMD app using your mobile number
- Click KonsultaChat on the dashboard
- Fill up the consultation form
- Select if you wish to talk to a general physician or a psychologist
- Pay for the consult via credit card or GCash
- You will be redirected to a chat window where you will need to verify your identity
- A doctor will attend to you shortly and you may proceed with your consultation
- Visit the KonsultaMD app.
- Click FAST PASS or MENTAL HEALTH SUPPORT on the dashboard.
- Fill up the consultation form.
- Pay for the consult via Visa/Mastercard or GCash.
- Proceed with your video consult.
Our Pay per Consult products are also available on Lazada, Shopee, shopKUMU, and GLife.
In case the consultation does not get completed, users may request a refund by calling the hotline at (02) 7798 8000 or by emailing us at wellness@globaltelehealth.com.ph. We will validate your refund request within 48 hours.
- For payments made via credit card, the refund will be credited back to the same Credit Card used for the payment. Please be advised that your refund will reflect depending on your issuing bank's billing policies.
- For payments made via GCash, the refund will be credited back to the same GCash account used for the payment within 48 hours. If you don't receive a refund within 48 hours, email us at wellness@globaltelehealth.com.ph so we can follow this up with our payment provider.
KonsultaChat allows you to consult with a licensed health professional over chat.
A KonsultaChat session with a licensed health professional costs P199, while a session which is a video consult costs P399. You may pay via credit card or GCash to avail of the service.
There is no time limit nor limit to the number of messages that you can send during your chat consultation. However, to ensure that our health professionals are able to respond to all waiting users, your chat session will be ended if the professional does not receive a response from you after 30 minutes from their last message to you.
All consultations are 100% secure and confidential. By law and ethics, doctors are bound to maintain the confidentiality of each session.
We highly prioritize professional-patient confidentiality, so we’d like to remind patients that taking screenshots, recording, and disclosing private conversations involving personal data, such as names or addresses, or other sensitive materials, without the consent of the involved parties is strictly prohibited.
Anyone can avail of KonsultaChat as long as you have the latest version of the app and have registered completely. A health plan is not needed to use this feature.
Dependent
Yes, your dependent can also consult using Konsulta chat through the following steps:
- Purchase a consultation for your dependent
- Inform the doctor that it will be your dependent who will use the service
- Give your dependent’s details, and ensure that it matches the information in your dependent’s profile on the app
- Start with KonsultaChat for your dependent
- Only one patient may consult per paid session

Yes. Simply log into the app again and click KonsultaChat on the dashboard to return to your chat consultation.
To ensure that our doctors are able to respond to all waiting users, chat sessions will be ended and closed if the doctor does not receive a response from the patient after 30 minutes from the last message sent by the doctor.
KonsultaChat is available in the latest update of the KonsultaMD app. Please visit your phone applications store to install the latest version of the app.
Our doctors are notified as soon as you start messaging on the KonsultaChat room and rest assured, a doctor will respond to you as soon as you confirm that you’ve read the disclaimer for the consultation.
We always ensure that there is a doctor assigned to you during your consultation. If a doctor suddenly doesn’t respond due to valid reasons (e.g. connectivity issues), a new doctor will be assigned to you and will continue the consultation.
Yes, there is an option to upload photos and other media. Simply attach the file and send it through the chat box.
Due to the volume of chat consults, selecting a doctor of your choice is not available. Rest assured that all KonsultaMD doctors are well-trained to take your queries over chat.
What will I get from this consultation?

How sure am I that I’ll get an accurate assessment if the doctor can’t see me?
KonsultaMD doctors are trained to provide primary medical advice on basic healthcare and permissible medication over chat. Please note that they only provide initial assessment, and should not replace physical assessment. Rest assured that the doctor who will handle your chat consult will inform you if there is a need to have a face-to-face consultation with a doctor.
If I require a prescription medication that requires S2 License, will my KonsultaChat professional be able to prescribe?
No, KonsultaMD professional cannot prescribe medication that requires S2 license since this type of medication warrants a face-to-face consultation and/or requires diagnostic examinations prior to prescribing.
Can you issue Medical Certificates for Fit to Work via KonsultaChat?
Yes, KonsultaMD may issue medical certificates for fit to work at the discretion of the attending professional. The issuance of the medical certificate will depend on the information gathered by the doctor from the consultation and if it follows KonsultaMD’s guidelines.
Fast Pass is a premium VIP lane for KonsultaMD’s video consults. For only P500 per consult, you can consult a general physician with a waiting time of less than 5 minutes guaranteed or we refund your money back to you.*
There will be a timer on the app that shows how long you have been waiting for a doctor. Once the timer reaches 5 minutes, you may opt to exit the waiting room and claim your refund. You will receive a refund notification via SMS once you’ve been successfully refunded.

Upon verification, we will issue you a replacement voucher code which you may use to complete your consultation.
One time payment of Php 200 gives the User unlimited access to Concierge Chat for 30 days. The User has to separately pay for at-home services booked after the appointment has been confirmed by the Concierge.
The Php 200 KonsultaMD Concierge payment does not include the services booked via the Concierge. You have to pay separately for medicines, delivery fee, at-home lab tests, and at-home medical service fees.
Once your order is confirmed, the Concierge will send you a secured payment link. You can pay via the following methods:

How do I access KonsultaMD Concierge after I have paid?

- Click on the tile and you will be redirected straight to the Chat.
- You will be assigned to a Concierge with whom you can communicate via the Concierge page.
Do I need to consult via KonsultaMD first before availing of the Concierge service?
Anyone can avail of KonsultaMD Concierge as long as you have the latest version of the app and have registered completely. Consulting via KMD beforehand is not needed to avail of KonsultaMD Concierge.
Do I need to have an existing KonsultaMD Health Plan to use KonsultaMD Concierge?
Anyone can avail of KonsultaMD Concierge as long as you have the latest version of the app and have registered completely. A KonsultaMD Health Plan subscription is not needed to use this feature.
Yes, you can have the Concierge book for someone else. They do not need to be enrolled as your dependent. You can book for someone else as long as you have the necessary document/s to avail of the service (i.e. Request for Laboratory Test).

I ordered Medicines via the Concierge. When should I expect to receive it?
As long as you messaged the Concierge between 7 am to 4 pm, Monday to Saturday for Medicine Delivery, your order will be delivered within the same day. Cut off for medicine Delivery is 4 pm, Monday to Saturday. Any orders made beyond 4 pm will be accommodated as soon as the operations resume.
How soon should I book my At-Home Laboratory Test and/or At-Home Medical Services?
Booking At-Home Laboratory Test and Medical Services should be at least 24 hours before the appointment. Same day booking is not guaranteed to be served.
How long should I wait for the Lab Test results?
Lab Results will be available 24 hours after the test.
Is there a time-limit or message limit to the KonsultaMD Concierge?
There is no time limit nor limit to the number of messages that you can send to the Concierge. However, to ensure that our Concierge Team is able to respond to all waiting Users, your chat session will be ended if the Concierge does not receive a response from you after 30 minutes from their last message to you. You can just start another chat session with the Concierge.
For At-Home Lab Tests/At-Home Medical Services, cancellations should be made within eight (8) hours prior to the scheduled appointment. The payment will be refunded within 1-2 hours after request.
If cancellation is made later than eight (8) hours prior to the scheduled appointment, there will be no refunds, and a cancellation fee of Php 1,000 shall be paid.
How secure are my medical records?
All consultations are 100% secure and confidential. By law and ethics, doctors are bound to maintain confidentiality.
With this, our Concierge Team will only access your Prescription, and Lab Test Request upon your explicit consent.
When and how can I apply for a refund for KonsultaMD Concierge?
The two criteria below should be fulfilled to accept the refund application:
- The User has not made a successful and complete booking of either At-Home Laboratory Tests or At-Home Medical Services; and
- The User declares that his/her current address is outside Metro Manila.
- Concierge. The User can raise a Concierge Refund request directly via the Concierge.
- Wellness Representative. The User can call the KMD hotline at (02) 7798 8000 or email wellness@globaltelehealth.com.ph
We will validate your refund request within 48 hours. Note that refunds are on a case-to-case basis and each requested refund will be subject to investigation by our KonsultaMD wellness representative.

How come I don't see the Concierge section in my KonsultaMD App?

What happens if no Concierge attends to me?
Our Concierge Team are notified as soon as you start messaging on the Concierge Chat room and rest assured, a Concierge is assigned to attend to your needs.

You can claim a Pay per Consult voucher code anytime even if you have an existing KonsultaMD Health Plan.
- Your existing KonsultaMD Health Plan is the same as the Health Plan the voucher code corresponds to. (Example: Your current Health Plan is the Group150 Plan and the voucher code also corresponds to the Group150 Plan)
